About John Peters

I bring a unique perspective to my work, as I have been on both ends of the athlete /coach spectrum, specifically in the sports of football, track, boxing, and weight training.  I know the amazing and positive impact that a good coach can make, and that is what I strive to do every day!

Having worked in the fitness industry for over a 15 years, I’ve dealt with a wide range of clients: young athletes, stay-at-home moms, older adults, overworked executives, and your average weekend warrior.  All of them had one thing in common (just like you) – they were looking to make a change!

Whether you want to climb Mount Everest or just be able to climb the stairs, proper training and coaching will help get you there.  It’s a team effort – we do it together!
