Being a trainer and coach is, without a doubt, the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. Having worked in the fitness industry for over a decade (and having played sports most of my life), I’ve dealt with a wide range of clients – young athletes, stay-at-home moms, older adults, overworked executives, and your average weekend warrior. All of them had one thing in common (just like you) – they were looking to make a change!
Whether it’s burning off some fat, performing better in an athletic event, adding lean muscle, or simply feeling more vital and energetic, each person has specific goals that they want to accomplish. Seeing the joy and pride in their faces as they make improvements and ultimately achieve their goals is one of the best feelings in the world for me. Essentially, making people happier is what I do.
Whether you want to climb Mount Everest, or just be able to make it up the stairs without gasping for breath, proper training and coaching will help get you there. It’s a team effort – we do it together!
