Small Group Training

One-on-One Personal Training is a great option, and it may be the best bet for you if are new to exercise, have some specific injuries/limitations, or simply feel that you need individualized attention.

Small Group Training is ideal for couples, families, friends, neighbors, co-workers, or any group of people that enjoys exercising together.  You can buddy train (2 people) or participate in a group of 3-6 individuals.

Any of my training programs are available in a group format, including Kettlebell Training and Bridal Bootcamp.
